Digital Products (PDFs, eBooks, Downloads)

- All sales of digital products are final.

- Once your download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

- Please make sure you download and save your file securely in a good location or gadget.
Physical Products (Future & Optional)

- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned:

- Digital products (PDFs, software, eBooks, etc.)

- Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.)

- Intimate or sanitary goods

- Hazardous or flammable materials

- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

- Items not in their original condition

- Damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)

- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.

- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Sale Items

- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

- We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued for the returned item.

If the item was purchased by someone else but not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the person who paid for it.
