Refunds & Returns Policy

At Kribol, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Digital Products (PDFs, eBooks, Downloads)

    • All sales of digital products are final.

    • Once your download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

    • Please make sure you download and save your file securely in a good location or gadget. 

Physical Products (Future & Optional)

    • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

    • Digital products (PDFs, software, eBooks, etc.)

    • Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, etc.)

    • Intimate or sanitary goods

    • Hazardous or flammable materials

    • Gift cards

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

    • Items not in their original condition

    • Damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)

    • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.

    1. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Sale Items

    • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

    • We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged.

    • Contact us at info@kribol.com before sending any items for exchange.

Gifts

    • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued for the returned item.

    • If the item was purchased by someone else but not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the person who paid for it.

Shipping Returns

    • Physical items should be sent to: {physical address}

    • You are responsible for shipping costs of returning items. These costs are non-refundable.

    • Consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance for high-value items.
